The Role

We're looking for a mid-level Paid Social Strategist to own paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn for a portfolio of clients. You'll be responsible for strategy, execution, optimization, and client communication — the full picture. This isn't a siloed execution role. You'll be a key voice in your accounts, bringing ideas to the table and keeping clients informed and confident.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategy and execution of paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Manage day-to-day campaign optimizations, audiences, budgets, and performance tracking
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for your client accounts — building strong, trust-based relationships
  • Develop creative briefs and ad concepts in collaboration with our design team
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and bring solutions, not just problems
  • Adapt quickly — our clients pay for our thinking and time, not just specific deliverables
  • Explore additional channels when appropriate, including Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, and emerging paid social formats

Who You Are

  • 2–5 years of hands-on paid social experience, with a strong Meta Ads foundation
  • Comfortable owning client communication and presenting performance results clearly
  • Analytically sharp — you know how to read the data and act on it
  • A self-starter who moves fast, iterates, and doesn't wait to be told what to do
  • Honest and direct — with clients and with your teammates
  • Curious enough to keep learning in an industry that never stops changing
  • A strong background in ecommerce is strongly preferred; B2B or local services experience is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

  • $75,000 – $85,000 annually, DOE
  • Paid twice monthly
